At Vrexchikax, we take great pride in the quality of our floral arrangements and gifts. We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchase. This Return Policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds for products purchased from our website or physical store.

Due to the perishable nature of our primary products, specific conditions apply to returns and refunds. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

2. Floral Arrangements and Fresh Flowers

Fresh flowers and floral arrangements are perishable items. Due to their nature, we have the following policies:

2.1 Quality Guarantee

We guarantee the quality and freshness of our floral arrangements at the time of delivery. All our arrangements are designed to provide enjoyment for at least 5 days from the delivery date when properly cared for according to our care instructions.

2.2 Issues Upon Delivery

If you are not satisfied with the quality or condition of your flowers at the time of delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We require photo documentation of the issue to process any claims. After reviewing your claim, we may offer one of the following remedies:

  • Replacement of the arrangement
  • Store credit
  • Partial or full refund

2.3 Substitutions

Due to the seasonal nature of flowers, we occasionally need to make substitutions in our arrangements. We always strive to maintain the style, theme, and color scheme of the arrangement you ordered. If significant substitutions are necessary, we will make every effort to contact you before processing your order.

If you receive an arrangement with substitutions that significantly alter the appearance from what was advertised, and you are dissatisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo documentation.

3. Non-Perishable Items

For non-perishable items (vases, planters, gift items, etc.), the following return policy applies:

3.1 Return Period

You may return non-perishable items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

3.2 Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@vrexchikax.world or call +1 514-555-0376. You will receive instructions on how to return the item and obtain a return authorization number.

3.3 Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (such as you receiving an incorrect or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your protection.

3.4 Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider, but typically takes 5-10 business days.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo documentation of the damage or error. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

5. Delivery Issues

5.1 Failed Delivery

If delivery cannot be completed due to circumstances beyond our control (recipient not available, incorrect address provided, etc.), we will attempt to contact both you and the recipient to arrange an alternative delivery. If delivery still cannot be completed, you may be responsible for additional delivery fees or may choose to pick up the arrangement from our store.

5.2 Late Delivery

We make every effort to deliver arrangements on the specified delivery date. However, during peak holiday periods, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our control, delays may occur. If a critical delivery date is missed due to our error, please contact us to discuss appropriate remedies.

6. Special Orders and Custom Arrangements

Special orders and custom arrangements are designed to your specifications and are therefore subject to a more restrictive return policy:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date
  • Changes to special orders must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date
  • We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for custom arrangements unless there is a quality issue at the time of delivery

7. Workshop and Event Bookings

7.1 Cancellation Policy

For workshops and event bookings, the following cancellation policy applies:

  • Full refund if cancelled more than 7 days before the event date
  • 50% refund if cancelled 3-7 days before the event date
  • No refund if cancelled less than 3 days before the event date

7.2 Rescheduling

Rescheduling a workshop or event booking is subject to availability and must be requested at least 3 days before the originally scheduled date.

8. Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift cards have no expiry date and can be used for any product or service offered by Vrexchikax.
